Iain Rannoch is a character in White Bear. He is portrayed by Nick Ofield.
History[]
Iain and his fiancée, Victoria Skillane, kidnapped Jemima Sykes, a 6 year old girl. They held her for months and Iain tortured her while Victoria recorded them and laughed. Finally, Iain killed Jemima and dumped her body in the forest. They were caught when police found the footage on Victoria's phone and Iain was identified by the tattoo on the back of his neck. Iain hanged himself before he could be tried, leading the public to focus their outrage on Victoria.

- Rannoch has a tattoo on the back of his neck which is the white symbol being shown in the entire episode.

- He is also referenced at the near beginning of the episode Hated in the Nation (Season 3 Episode 6) when Blue Coulson had mentioned that she was the one who cracked the case on him, regarding it as the reason why she left forensics.
- There is also a reference to the planet "Rannoch" in the episode USS Calister (Season 4 Episode 1).
